This benchmark breaks SaaS into its major categories using first-party data from the Presenc AI platform, covering 2,400+ brands across 18 industries, with a deep cut on the software subset. We report a composite AI Visibility Score (0-100) alongside mention rate, the share of relevant AI answers that name the brand, and citation rate, the share that link or attribute the brand.

Category labels follow product taxonomy rather than company size. Estimates are used where public data is unavailable, and benchmarks are reviewed quarterly. Last update June 2026.
