Setup Guide

Step 1: Install the managed package. In Presenc AI, navigate to Settings, then Integrations, and select Salesforce. Click Install Managed Package. This installs custom objects, fields, and layouts into your Salesforce org. The package is compatible with Salesforce Enterprise, Unlimited, and Performance editions.

Step 2: Configure authentication. Authenticate the connection using OAuth 2.0. Grant Presenc AI the required API permissions to create and update records. The integration uses the Salesforce REST API and respects your org's sharing rules and field-level security.

Step 3: Map custom objects. The managed package creates an AI Visibility custom object that stores mention data, visibility scores, and platform details. Configure the relationship between AI Visibility records and your Lead, Contact, Account, and Opportunity objects. Set up lookup relationships based on your org's data model.

Step 4: Configure attribution tracking. Add AI Platform as a lead source value in your picklist. Set up campaign members to track AI-influenced touches. Configure your attribution model (first-touch, multi-touch, or custom) to include AI visibility data points. Map Presenc AI events to Salesforce campaign responses.

Step 5: Build reports and dashboards. Use the included report types to build Salesforce dashboards showing AI-influenced pipeline. Create reports on AI visibility by account, AI-attributed lead sources, pipeline influenced by AI channel, and competitive AI visibility by opportunity.
